"CREA": in my native language (Latin American Spanish), "crea" is the "present indicative" of the word "create", for example: It creates, he creates, she creates.
"ADFECTUS": in the Latin language, it means: "A state of the body, of the mind produced in one by some influence, a state or disposition of the mind, of the affection, of the mood", which can be interpreted as: "emotion", "feeling", "sensation", "effect".
So: "CREA" + "ADFECTUS" (erase the repeated letter "A") and we obtain: "CREADFECTUS", which could be understood as: "it creates emotions", "it creates feelings" or "it creates effects".
The reason for creating this pseudonym arose after I asked myself: "Which is my purpose as an illustrator, as an artist, as a creator? Obviously "to illustrate", but for what? And then, I answered myself: "to create emotions", "to create feelings", "to create effects on others"; thus being born: "CREADFECTUS". If you ask yourself: "why in Latin?", because I think that Latin is very beautiful.About my avatar image
It's just a quick sketch of one of many illustrations in my illustrated novel, related to the final chapters. The meshed sphere is the "space-time mesh", that scientific model that explains the movements of all those objects and events in space. As for what is inside the sphere, I leave it to your imagination, since not even in the novel is they explained what it is.Goals
I hope to one day be able to complete all my literary projects (illustrated novels and their comic or manga versions) pending since 2005, which I have been modifying due to my different ways of seeing life throughout my mental and spiritual growth, and then publish them. I would like to have the necessary budget to be able to hire a literary editor, different translators and dubbing of audiobooks, to publish my works in different languages. I would be happy if just one of my projects could see the light, before I die, to do something constructive in my passage through this life... dreaming costs nothing. In my free time
I write 2 or 3 hours on my manuscripts in Word, adding and deleting information in my various illustrated novels.
Sometimes I try to participate in as many illustration contests as I can, while time allows, to make my artistic abilities visible and, perhaps, get job opportunities.
I work 24/7, no joke, I have no social life so I'm a good candidate for a job.History of illustration tools
